New Ventures

This week in class we considered the order in which business ideas should be developed. Should the product be decided on first? Or should the business model be chosen first? After wrestling with these questions, I decided for my creative path, choosing a product first is the right choice. I feel that if I am passionate about a product, figuring out a system that will support in business will in the end be easier. I also found myself thinking a lot about the consumer/people this business would be serving throughout the week. That is another reason why I believe the product is so important because it is people focused. For me keeping in mind the people my business will serve drives me to want to do my best. Additionally, something that surprised me this week was how helpful the google ads page was. There was such great information that is so helpful when considering products and composition.
